One of my favorite ways to use our bulk sausage is in these super simple sausage balls! I personally like to eat them just like this or with zucchini noodles in a simple white sauce. I promise you will not be disappointed!
Sausage Balls Recipe
1lb. of sausage (regular or spicy)
1 cup of almond flour
1 8oz. packages of cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. dried minced onion
1/8 tsp. salt
1. Preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix
3. Roll into balls
4. Bake for 25(ish) minutes
5. ENJOY, SO GOOD.
